Unless the item is faulty, we are unable to offer a return or refund - if you receive a faulty item, please ensure that you send us evidence of this within the first 72 hours. Failure to do so will mean that we will not be able to process the return or refund for you.

Delivery
All in stock items will be processed within 5 business days (stock dependant) - I will be aiming to do a postal run every Saturday. Orders received after 12am Thursday cannot be guaranteed to be posted that week.
Please note that if you do not select a tracked method of postage, we cannot be held liable if your order goes missing. We recommend ALL International Customers (outside of the UK) to select tracked shipping ALWAYS.
If you order an out of stock or Pre-Order item as well as in stock items, they will be posted when the out of stock products are restocked.
